Natera invites you to an evening of dinner and discussion as we simplify the complex landscape of prenatal genetic testing. Whether you're advising patients on routine screenings or navigating high-risk pregnancies, this session is built to support your clinical expertise.

Join us as we break down the essentials of prenatal genetic testing in a clear, easy-to-understand way. We’ll cover the basics of chromosomal microdeletions and duplications through to single-gene disorders, equipping you with the knowledge to confidently guide your patients.

The presentation will cover:

  • What are chromosomes, microdeletions, duplications, and single gene disorders
  • Prenatal testing and screening options: Including cell-free DNA (cfDNA) screening, with a particular focus on the technological differences between SNP-based and counting-based cfDNA methods and current ACOG recommendations
  • Diagnostic testing methods: Including karyotyping, chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA), exome sequencing, genome sequencing, and the clinical utility, benefits, and limitations of each.
  • Expanded uses of cfDNA screening: Such as fetal RhD genotyping in Rh-negative individuals and emerging applications.

Registration is required and space is limited.
