Webinar overview:

The latest version of Panorama™ has reduced the no-call rate to just 0.5%, enabled by novel SNP-informed deep sequencing technology. Panorama™ now provides confident results for more patients, including those with low fetal fraction.

Panorama™ is the first and only NIPT with clinical validation data in a low fetal fraction cohort. Patients with low fetal fractions are associated with an increased risk of aneuploidy, and published literature suggests there may be challenges with sensitivity at low fetal fractions with counting-based methods.1–3

The latest Panorama™ is validated by a prospective, blinded study with 3,323 samples with confirmatory diagnostic genetic testing. Results from this study demonstrated highly accurate clinical performance in patients with low fetal fractions.4
In this webinar, attendees will:
  • Learn about challenges with low fetal fraction and limitations of existing approaches to address them
  • See the data supporting the latest version of Panorama™, including the clinical validation for performance in common aneuploidies in a low fetal fraction cohort
  • Get an overview of Panorama™ reporting updates, including changes to atypical results reporting aimed to better support patient counseling for these types of results
